Service Delivery Policy

Da Silva Academy provides education and related school services across its current phases while expanding its High School pathway one grade at a time toward Grade 12, including academic programmes, sport, culture, robotics and coding where offered, and other activities published by the school.

Services are delivered primarily at the school campus and related venues, in accordance with the school calendar, departmental holiday guidelines where applicable, and the school’s operating arrangements for each phase.

The campus is at 212 Klopper Street, Rustenburg, 0299, South Africa. Office hours for general enquiries: 06:30–16:30.

Admissions are subject to the school’s acceptance process. Payment of an application, registration, administration, or school fee alone does not automatically guarantee admission or class placement unless the school’s written policy or offer expressly says otherwise.

Places are confirmed according to the admissions and finance requirements communicated by the school for the relevant year.

Teaching days, holidays, early closures, and special events follow the school’s calendar and notices to parents. The school may adjust arrangements for safety, examinations, or operational reasons and will communicate material changes through its usual parent channels.
